Pregnancy Relaxation – regular classes are CANCELLED
Caroline did plan to deliver Natal Hypnotherapy Pregnancy Relaxation Hours on Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm BUT THIS CLASS IS NOW CANCELLED, SORRY.
The Pregnancy Relaxation Hour brings you together to enjoy the benefits of hypnotherapy and to take time out of your week to learn and practise the techniques which have helped thousands of women.
By coming along to a relaxation session you will benefit by learning and practising the key elements which will help you have a better birth experience. The focus of the class is to help you to be more confident, relaxed and prepared for birth.
You can attend a session at any time during your pregnancy. The sessions are pregnancy specific and do not focus on the birth. However, the relaxation and breathing techniques are the same as those you will use for the birth.
The sessions focus on
- general well being
- eating well
- sleeping well
- stress management
- and much more
Please bring a fitness mat, pillow and blanket so you can relax and get really comfy.
