The Centre@ Halton rocked
The Bon Giovi Tribute Act who performed many of Bon Jovi’s best known hits did not disappoint when they reached The Centre @ Halton after a M6 delay on Saturday September 24th. They were certainly worth waiting for.
A great night was had by all when, after a great disco, the Act took to the stage in the re-furbished Centre. They lived up to their advance reputation of 12 years of touring experience as a band and nearly 4 times that combined from individual members. It was definitely an act worth seeing and experiencing and one of the best acts on the circuit.
It was fronted by the UK’s leading Jon Bon Jovi impersonator, Andrea Oggiano, who has been described by several top international rock magazines as being ‘the closest visually and vocally to the real thing himself’.
The performances of the well known and loved ‘Living On A Prayer’, It’s My Life’, ‘Wanted Dead or Alive’ and many others were great, with most people very much enjoying the chance to dance to the music and the great atmosphere in the hall.
Not only was the evening a huge success musically, but it also made a big contribution to the fund raising efforts of the Halton Community Association with over £1,000 raised for the Centre’s refurbishment fund.
Thanks especially to Maureen Richardson for all her hard work in organising the event and making it such a success.
