Peak Performance Boot Camps
Peak Performance Consultancy and its Fitness Partners have devised, and are delivering a series of ‘Boot Camp’programmes across the North West , in and around Lancashire & Cumbria.
The programmes focus primarily on the health/fitness of the participants, with the key objective of producing, and quantifying consistent results.
What is unique in this, and all the programmes that we devise, is that we do not subscribe to the “one size fits all” concept. We seek to tailor the content of our services, in order to better achieve maximum results with our clients and partners.
In addition to the health & fitness benefits, the other compelling reasons that Peak Performance have been asked to develop the programmes, include:
- Increased energy
- Increased strength
- Ability to perform faster and consistently
- Awareness of ‘effective’ diet.
- Improved ‘sleep’ habits
The courses that we are currently able to devise, and deliver are geared towards/based upon the following groups:
- Sports Clubs/Organisations
- Women Only (Mixed Ability)
- Mixed Groups (Mixed Ability)
- 50+ (Mixed Ability)
We also run programmes across Cumbria, Lancaster & Wyre & Fylde open to anybody*, subject to locations, numbers etc.
Our programmes our bespoke, and consist of activities, games, exercises and critically, assessment, ensuring that participants are able to assess their own performance.

The sessions are £6 per session, or £5 to students and over 50’s.
