Prince’s Trust course in February
The Prince’s Trust is looking for unemployed 16-25 year olds to take part in the next Princes Trust Team programme, The next course course starts 12th February at Morecambe Fire Station
In 2017, 35 local young people completed the Prince’s Trust Morecambe Team and gained a Nationally recognised qualification. Over 70% of the first 2 Teams of 2017 are now in Employment, Education or Training. 4 Team Members gained Employment before the end of the last programme

If a young person:
- Lives in or around Morecambe or Lancaster
- Is 16 – 25
- Is not in Employment, Education or Training
- And wants to be…
Then the Prince’s Trust Team programme is a good option. It is an entirely free* course and includes:
- An outdoor activity residential experience
- Gaining useful work experience and employability skills
- Training and day experiences with local Fire Fighters
- Completing projects to develop new skills and help out in the local community
- Gaining Nationally recognised qualifications
*19+ young people must be in receipt of a qualifying benefit
