New Activity Groups
New classes on Mondays and Tuesdays include Justine’s Pilates and David Redmore’s Tai Chi, plus Phil’s Fitness that started recently.
Justine’s Pilates Classes are now on Mondays from 5.15pm to 6.15pm and Tuesdays 5.45 to 6.45pm.
Booking is recommended, contact Justine tel 07484 850320. Classes are £6.50 to pay as you go, or book a 6 week block for £35.00. It’s suitable for suitable for all levels and sexes, and minimum age of 16 years.

Phil’s Fitness also on Mondays, at 9.30am, has been going well.
