Female Outdoor Fitness
Every Thursday morning from 09.30-10.30am you can join Christina on the field for an uplifting and energising morning workout!
Everybody is welcome no matter how fit, unfit, conditioned or unconditioned you think you are! We will move through a variety of exercises focusing on cardio, strength and flexibility for the whole body using both body weight and equipment. New mums with babies are very welcome. Everything we do can be tailored to what you need and where your fitness is at right now.
The cost is £5 which you can pay on arrival or you can pre pay online by contacting me first.
This is an outdoor session so please dress according to the weather! If the weather is awful the session will be cancelled and I’ll put a post up on my social media page.
