Pilates with Kate
The Centre has developed a full programme of Pilates sessions to cater for the increased interest in this form of exercise and development of core strength.
New – Kate’s Pilates on Wednesday evenings starting from Wednesday 9th September, 2020 from 6.15 – 7.15pm. First come, first served. Contact Kate for details and to book a place.
