Staying Strong is a health programme designed to help people over the age of 55 lead more active, healthy and fulfilling lives.

This class, initially organised through Age UK Lancashire, offers gentle physical and social activities, as well as advice on healthy eating and well-being. The class is held every Wednesday at The Centre from 10.30am to 11.30am.
